A while back I started a web weight loss site and was doing really good for just doing it on my own
But as per Terisa Form I got off track and stopped using the site and guess what?
The Weight came right back. So Yesterday I started new and today got back on the site to track my fitness and my food intake.
As I sweat off the
LBS
I plan to achieve my goals and maybe even fit into some pre-baby clothes by next summer.
The site has a journaling blog and this is my current entry.
