Random Thoughts

I have been sitting here this morning and thinking of a whole lot of random things. My thoughts are just jumping from one thing to the next so I thought I would post some of my Random Thoughts

I was cutting bread this morning for lunches and the smell of the bread reminded me of my Grandma Parker. Every time I was at her house she had homemade bread and I just loved it when she made me toast and eggs for breakfast. There is just something about it that comforts me. And I love to remember Grandma with this kind of comforting thought.

Another thing that reminds me of Grandma is the smell of a gas stove. Grandma always had to light her gas stove with a match. She had this cool holder that was on the wall. I remember playing with the matches and getting into so much trouble.
I think that is one of the reasons I insist on cooking with gas, because that is where I learned how to cook and the food always tasted so good at Grandmas house.

Since it has started to get a bit cold out (okay so it is practically a blizzard) I pulled out my favorite candle. It is a rasberry lemon candle from cabela's. I just love the sweet smell and it helps to curb my sweet tooth too.

My last thought for today is about Yoga. I have been taking a yoga class and I am just loving the changes I am seeing in myself. I have ab definition which I have not seen in a very long time. Every time I go to class I go with a little bit of dread but when I leave I am refreshed and energized. I really feel like I have accomplished something.
Now the class ends next week and I really am trying to find a DVD that will be just as kick butt as the class. I am open to suggestions if you know of any.
So far Jillian Michaels Yoga seems to be okay.
I may have to do it twice in a row to be as long as the class but the moves are great.
